Crème brûlée with strawberries and labneh cheese flavored with almond.
(4 portions)
Ingrédients
300 g labneh
300 g of 35% cream, whipped
12 drops of almond essence
240 g strawberries cut in quarter
80 ml strawberry coulis
4 tbsp maple sugar
Préparation
Whip the cream and incorporate the labneh and almond essence
Layer the strawberries, the strawberry coulis, the labneh mixture in martini glasses
Refrigerate at least 1 hour
Before serving, sprinkle sugar or maple sugar on top and burn with a torch
If you wish decorate with roasted almonds and strawberries
