Dates, prosciutto and Nabulsi
Ingrédients
115g (1/4 lb) of Nabulsi cheese cut in cubes
24 Large dates and pitted or not pitted, Medjool type
12 Slices of prosciutto, cut in two lengthwise
Préparation
Cut the dates to extract the kernel
Stuff it with a cube of Nabulsi cheese
Wrap every date in a half slice of prosciutto
Bake at 350 0 for approximately 12 minutes until the prosciutto is crisp
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar (optional) and serve
Bon appetit!
