Guacamole with Labneh cheese

Ingrédients

• 3 very ripe avocados
• 1 clove of garlic, minced
• 1/4 red onion, diced
• 1 tomato, diced
• 4 coriander sprigs, chopped
• Juice and zest of 1 lime
• Salt and pepper

LABNEH CHEESE FOR GUACAMOLE

• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 125g of Le Bédouin Labneh cheese
• 2 sprigs of coriander, chopped
• Juice and zest of 1/2 lime
• 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
• Salt and pepper

Préparation

1. Combine all ingredients and serve with corn chips or raw vegetables.
2. Savour with friends!
