Lamb burgers, with grilled haloumi cheese with mint, marinated red onions salad and spicy mayo.
(4 portions)
Ingrédients
4 burger buns
720 g of ground lamb
40 g of crushed pistachios
40 g of finely chopped red onion
1 tsp of parsley, chives and thyme, finely chopped
1 tbsp of sunflower oil
Salt and black pepper
Some young lettuce leaves
200 g of haloumi cheese with mint
100 ml of white balsamic vinegar
½ tsp sumac
Zest and juice of ½ lemon
Parsley and chives coarsely chopped
1 tbsp of sunflower oil
Mayonnaise
Sambal Oelek, to taste
Préparation
Heat your BBQ
Cut your red onions into thin slices and marinate in white balsamic vinegar, sumac, lemon juice, salt and pepper
Mix the ground lamb, crushed pistachios, sambal oelek, chopped red onion, finely chopped herbs and sunflower oil
Shape four lamb patties and place on hot grill
Cut 4 slices of haloumi cheese and place on the grill and roast
Once your patties and cheese are cooked, cut your burger buns and grill lightly
Put your mayonnaise, lamb patties, Haloumi, marinated onions (remove excess vinegar) and coarsely chopped herbs on the burger bun
Place a few young lettuce leaves, close everything and enjoy all with your favorite salad
