Strawberry salad with Le Bédouin Akawi cheese

Ingrédients

• 8 large strawberries, sliced
• 4 basil leaves, thinly sliced
• 1 green onion, thinly sliced
• 4 cups of arugula
• 1 ½ cups of Akawi cheese, diced
• 1/4 cup pecan
• Salt and pepper
• Balsamic dressing, to taste

Préparation

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Serve chilled.
