Frosting made with Le Bédouin Labneh cheese

Ingrédients

Vanilla frosting :

• 100 g of Le Bédouin Labneh cheese
• 3 tablespoons of icing sugar
• Vanilla extract

Maple frosting :
120g of Le Bédouin Labneh cheese
1 tablespoon of icing sugar
A few drops of maple extract
2 tablespoons of maple syrup

Lemon frosting :

• 100g of Le Bédouin Labneh cheese
• 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
• Zest of one lemon
• 3 tablespoons of icing sugar

Chocolate frosting :
100g of Le Bédouin Labneh cheese
3 tablespoons of icing sugar
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder

Préparation

1. Combine all ingredients and let mixture rest in refrigerator for 20 minutes
2. Pipe the frosting onto your cupcakes.
