Salsa and Labneh dip

Ingrédients

• 4 cups of diced tomatoes
• 2 green peppers, finely diced
• 1 red onion, diced
• 4 springs of fresh coriander, finely chopped
• Salt and pepper
• 1 pinch of cumin
• 1 pinch of paprika 
• 1 teaspoon of sugar

LABNEH CHEESE FOR SALSA

• 125g Le Bédouin Labneh cheese
• 1 pinch of Cayenne pepper
• Salt and pepper
• Juice of one lime

Préparation

1. Combine all ingredients Salsa.
2. Combine all ingredients Labneh cheese for salsa.
3. Serve with your favorite corn chips.
