Crab and Labneh stuffed tomatoes

Ingrédients

  • 12 small unseeded tomatoes
  • 1 crab meat cane
  • 1 celery stalk thinly sliced
  • 1 small chiselled onion
  • 3 green sliced shallots
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 75 ml. of Labneh cheese
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Sriracha with taste

Préparation

  1. Cut the tomatoes in half and drain them gently with a spoon
  2. Drain the crab
  3. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients
  4. Stuff each half tomato with crab device
  5. Serve cold
