Labneh and bruschetta nachos
Ingrédients
1 seeded and diced tomato
¼ of one red pepper, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp of sugar
2 branches of fresh thyme
1 finely chopped garlic clove
6 chopped basil leaves
5 ml of Labneh per nacho
Commercial nachos
Préparation
Mix all the ingredients for the bruschetta except the labneh and the chip
Season with salt and pepper
Let sit for 15-20 minutes so that the flavors blend well
Garnish each chip with the bruschetta mix and add the labneh with a pastry bag, decorate with small basilic leaves
