Mango and nabulsi salad

Ingrédients

  • 3 ripe mangoes in cubes
  • 4 large cubed tomatoes
  • Olive oil • balsamic vinegar
  • 1 small bunch of fresh basil chiseled
  • Salt flower
  • 200 gr Nabulsi / Haloumi cheese

Préparation

  1. In a bowl, place the pieces of mango and tomato
  2. Sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste
  3. Add the fresh basil and the Nabulsi / Haloumi cheese. Mix well
  4. Sprinkle with salt flower before serving
